Basset Hound

Devoted to its master and family, the Basset Hound has a gentle disposition and is mild, but not timid. Wanting to fit in to family life, they do not like being left alone. They are generally well-behaved but can be stubborn. They are notorious droolers. They will bark at strangers if taught to do so.
