Originally bred to hunt small game, the Dandie Dinmont Terrier is a small breed hailing from England and Scotland. The breed’s calm temperament and dignified demeanour have earned them a reputation as the Gentlemen of the Terrier family. Often referred to simply as the Dandie or Dinmont, these dogs are quite versatile as they make wonderful family pets, companions, and hunting partners and are equally well-suited to apartment living and country life.
