Finnish Lapphund

The Finnish Lapphund is a medium-sized, Spitz-type breed originating from Finland. They were traditionally used by the Sami people for herding reindeer and guarding their homes. Their dense, double coats allowed them to work in the harsh, frigid climate in which they were born without sacrificing speed or endurance.
