Giant Schnauzer

Aptly named for its size, the Giant Schnauzer is the largest of the three Schnauzer varieties and is believed to have been crossed with the Great Dane in order to achieve the size needed to guard livestock and herd cattle. Today you can find the breed working hard in law enforcement, security, scent detection, search & rescue, and as therapy dogs and wonderful family pets.
