Border Terrier

This lively, sturdy, and affectionate breed is eager to please making training an enjoyable task between a dog and owner. The Border Terrier is a bold hunting terrier and as such likes to dig. Border Terriers have earned more AKC Earthdog titles than any other terrier. These trials showcase the instinctual traits preserved in the development of the breed. Their even temperaments make them well suited as therapy dogs for children and the elderly alike as well as aiding the blind or deaf in some cases.
