Pyrenean Mountain Dog

Bred to guard livestock, the Great Pyrenees (or Pyrenean Mountain Dog) is wary of strangers and devoted to its family. They are steadfast, calm, courageous and often serious. Despite their size, they are gentle and affectionate. They can be stubborn and may try to dominate their owners. Their curiosity may cause them to wander.
